2.6 GPA Colleges

An unweighted grade point average (GPA) of 2.6 means a student has earned mostly B's and C's in high school.

There are colleges all over the country that accept students with a 2.6 GPA. If you're looking for small, private colleges in the South, consider Lane College in suburban Jackson, Tennessee or Morris College in Sumter, South Carolina. If you'd prefer a public school, take a look at Northern New Mexico University or Coppin State in Baltimore, Maryland

If your GPA is 2.6 or under, you may also want to look at two-year schools. Community colleges are an affordable way to bring up your GPA before transferring into a four-year school.

Explore schools that accept students have with an average GPA of 2.6 and check out the community college forum to learn more about starting at a two-year school.
